The council is currently reviewing its regulatory service standards and we welcome your views.

The council carries out a number of regulatory and enforcement roles as provided by statute and is obliged to have due regard to the ‘Regulators Code’ and one of the requirements of the code is that the council produces a set of service standards for those they regulate.  Click here to view the regulators code.

These standards were originally adopted in 2014 but as the council is currently reviewing its Customer Service Strategy we thought that it was timely to consult on these standards to check they remain valid, current and up to date.
