Meditation is like a tree, it’s roots come from India, but it has many branches, many types of meditation, i.e. religion, spiritual, relaxation etc.
At Stress Less, Relax To The Max, we do exactly what it says on the tin. A warm, comfortable space away from life stresses and worries, using our breath as our anchor. No spirit, no God involved. This is about connecting to the breath, to use your breath to calm your mind and body, to drown out 100mph thoughts and slow your breathing and heart rate.
If you have tried Meditation before and didn’t experience a benefit, or if you’ve never tried meditation before, this workshop is for you.
You will learn skills to use outside of the workshop, wherever you are to help you become more mindful and calm.
