StayZo Ltd was formed in 2018 with the aim of providing a comfortable home for our corporate or family guests to stay in whilst travelling on business or pleasure.

Our mission is to accompany our clients through the process of renting and providing an outstanding accommodation experience that you’ll want to experience gain and again.

Located in the heart of the City, our spacious house was built in 2013. The bedrooms are split over 3 floors and we can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a downstairs toilet.

Welwyn Garden City shops including John Lewis department store and the Howard Centre, restaurants, sports facilities at Gosling Sports Park and Stanborough Lakes, the mainline train station that’s between Kings Cross and Cambridge and the many business parks are all within a couple of miles.

Within walking distance are the Woodhall shops for all your everyday essentials, the family friendly Chiefton pub and a library is across the road.

Our house offers a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen smart TV with Sky and full Wi-Fi services.  All linen and towels are provided in the price and changed weekly. To welcome you our house, we offer complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a packet of biscuits.

For additional piece of mind, our property comes with secure electronic gates that open with a touch of a fob from the comfort of your car. Once through the gates, the area opens into a large courtyard that provides safe, off street parking for 2 vehicles.

There is a private back garden, with a patio and grass area.

The accommodation is suitable for singles, couples, families and corporate guests or tourists that would like to explore the Hertfordshire countryside and beyond.

Owned & run by brothers Tom & James Bainbridge, The White Hart offers varied menus, real ales, an extensive gin range, cocktails & an exciting wine list. The restaurant, hotel & function space in Welwyn serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The White Hart dates back to 1681 and it was Welwyn’s main coaching inn. It was a popular overnight stop for travellers going north from London and at one point it offered fourteen beds for humans and stabling for thirty four horses. It was also home to the village courtroom, where petty sessions were held, when misdemeanours may have included theft and assault and, ironically, drunkenness.

For lunch & dinner the restaurant offers an A la Carte menu as well as a bar snack & sharers menu. The bar is open all day where you can pop in for a pint of real ale or have cocktails & G&T’s before your meal. The extensive wine list consists of wines carefully selected by one of the brothers James who enjoys nothing more than recommending & discussing wine. The kitchen, run by Gigi, uses quality ingredients that are the drive for delicious, well thought out & creative dishes. The food offering for the group is headed by Tom who runs The Tilbury Kitchen which has earned and maintained two AA rosettes, The White Hart has recently been awarded one AA rosette.

The hotel has 13 bedrooms including 3 boutique rooms with jacuzzi baths. All rooms have been refurbished and the room rates include breakfast which ranges from honey & thyme porridge to a full English that has local bacon, sausages & homemade baked beans. The hotel has also been awarded 4 AA Stars for quality.

The hotel’s hidden gem is the function space, the old court room of Welwyn. This space has a private entrance and can lead directly to the guest rooms & is ideal for celebrations & parties. The hotel also has a variety of conference & meeting packages so you can work as well as play at The White Hart.
