Move and Improve Physiotherapy offer excellent quality, evidence-based Physiotherapy from two very experienced, highly specialist Physiotherapists, Kate Montgomery and Dionne Ryder.
We are passionate about providing individualised care to all who seek our help, by carefully listening to their story, discussing lifestyles and exploring expectations and goals right from the start. We provide comprehensive examinations before discussing management options.
Our primary aim is to empower those who come to see us to self-manage with suitable advice and education. To restore confidence in their body using a range of approaches including exercise and movement prescription where appropriate in conjunction with hands on therapy. All management is focussed on restoring function so individuals can do the things they value and enjoy.
We are both members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and registered by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
