Hi!

I am a qualified life coach specialising in supporting my clients with their health, well-being and lifestyle choices and aspirations. About life coaching: Life coaching is all about being in the present and gaining clarity to define goals and aspirations. It offers a forward thinking, solution focused approach in a non-judgmental confidential setting.

It will leave you feeling empowered and positive and ready to move forward in whichever area you choose.

It offers a non-directive approach where you are the expert.

About me: My love of life coaching is fueled by my passion to help others. I worked for years in the leisure industry offering personal training, teaching, marketing, sales and managing a large team. My customers and my staff were always my number one priority. I have worked in other customer driven roles, run my own business, lead my children’s school PTA, run a local toddler group, set up an art and craft class for children and continually fund raise for my local community.

I currently volunteer my life coaching services to year 10 students in a local secondary school.

Why did I chose to become a life coach? My journey to becoming a life coach began when a paediatrician suggested my daughter see a counsellor and an art therapist, a month later I enrolled on a year long course in both. This lead me to do a further year of counsellor training, followed by a year to train as a life coach and then further associated qualifications.

Five words that best describe me: Approachable, calm, determined, motivated and smiley!! (Oh and very organised!)

Qualifications: BSc Hons Sport and Fitness Science, YMCA Personal Trainer, YMCA Class instructor, various management qualifications, CPCAB Level 2 and 3 in Counselling, CPCAB Level 4 Life Coach, Certificate in Health and Well-being Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Certificate in well-being coaching.

Hours: I work during the day Monday to Thursday and offer some evening slots. Fridays I currently don’t work as I volunteer at a local school, Saturdays I am able to offer morning slots, Sundays OFF!

Location: I am happy to work over Zoom or I have my own office in Hatfield, Herts. Sessions are an hour in length.
